Project

One Building Above the Shared Podium

Richmond Residences occupies a waterfront position within the Mira Coral Bay master plan, built as a G+9 block above the shared podium that carries parking beneath the pedestrian level. The ground floor holds the arrival lobby, the residents' lounge, a café and a restaurant, and Level 1 is given over to the building's own pool and fitness facilities. As the first collection released, it forms the opening address inside a community still under construction around it.
